  • 1 cup Chickpeas cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed chickpeas, vital wheat gluten, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Gradually add the vegetable broth and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into drumstick shapes and place them on a baking tray.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
