Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix together vegan yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt to make the herb sauce.
Serve the patties hot with the herb sauce on the side.
