Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 Avocado mashed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 Tortillas whole wheat or gluten-free
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
2. Add the mashed avocado, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Lay out the tortillas and spread the chickpea avocado mixture evenly on each.
4. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
5. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
