- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, spinach)
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, turmeric, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
2. Stir in the chopped vegetables.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
4. Pour half of the batter into the pan, spreading it out evenly.
5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
