Instructions
Mash chickpeas in a bowl.
Add onion, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and form into patties.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
