Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Mash chickpeas in a bowl.
  2. Add onion, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well and form into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
