Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas until mostly smooth.
  2. 2. Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  5. 5. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve on slider buns with your favorite toppings.
