- 1 cup Almonds
- 1 cup Pitted Dates
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
1. Add almonds to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
2. Add dates, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture comes together.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
