Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Silken Tofu
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips vegan
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Coconut Cream
Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
In a blender, combine the silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of cocoa powder if desired.
