  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Add the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
