Coconut Sticky Rice
A delicious and simple vegan dessert made with coconut milk and sticky rice.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Drain the rice and steam it in a steamer for about 20-25 minutes until cooked.
4. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
5. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a mixing bowl and pour the coconut milk mixture over it. Stir well to combine.
6. Let the rice sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the coconut milk.
7. Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally topped with sesame seeds.
