  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and sugar.
  2. 2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. 5. Let it cool before storing in a jar.
