Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Chopped Parsley
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
  4. 4. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or in a bun as a burger.
