Crispy Chickpea Patties

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
 - ½ cup Breadcrumbs
 - ¼ cup Chopped Parsley
 - 2 cloves Garlic minced
 - 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
 - 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
 - ½ teaspoon Salt
 - ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
 
 
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
4. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or in a bun as a burger.
