Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased doughnut pan, filling each mold about ¾ full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the doughnuts comes out clean.
Let the doughnuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
