Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Almond milk
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased doughnut pan, filling each mold about ¾ full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the doughnuts comes out clean.
  6. Let the doughnuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
