Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black salt (Kala Namak)
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (optional) chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, and black salt until smooth.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. 3. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
  4. 4. Add mixed vegetables on top if using.
  5. 5. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
