Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 1 bulb Fennel sliced
  • 4 cups Spinach fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced fennel. Cook until fennel is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Serve warm.
