Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced fennel. Cook until fennel is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Serve warm.
