  • 1 loaf baguette sliced
  • 1 cup vegan ricotta
  • 6 pieces fresh figs sliced
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Spread vegan ricotta on each toasted baguette slice.
  4. Top with sliced figs.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with chopped mint.
