Ingredients 

Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Vegan butter softened
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Plant-based milk

Topping

  • 1 cup Mixed fresh fruits sliced
  • ¼ cup Fruit jam

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the vegan butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and plant-based milk, and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool completely.
  8. Spread a thin layer of fruit jam on each cookie and top with sliced fresh fruits.
