Cookie Dough
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Vegan butter softened
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Plant-based milk
Topping
- 1 cup Mixed fresh fruits sliced
- ¼ cup Fruit jam
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the vegan butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract and plant-based milk, and mix well.
Gradually add the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the cookies to cool completely.
Spread a thin layer of fruit jam on each cookie and top with sliced fresh fruits.
