Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Garbanzo Beans cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in cumin and paprika, and cook for another minute.
  5. Add diced tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  6. Add garbanzo beans and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
