Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Large mushrooms stems removed
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the garlic and herb mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
