- 4 medium Potatoes cut into wedges
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Place the potato wedges on the grill. Cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have grill marks.
Remove from the grill and serve hot.
