Garlic Herb Grilled Sweet Potatoes

- 4 medium sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Toss the sweet potato slices in the mixture until well coated.
Grill the sweet potatoes for about 10 minutes on each side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
