  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
