Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Udon noodles
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add soy sauce, maple syrup, and rice vinegar to the pan. Stir well.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
