Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Add shrimp to the bowl and coat well. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
