Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Carrot slices
- 1 cup Bell pepper strips
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and black pepper. Serve warm.
