  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz ginger syrup
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 1 slice lemon for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. 2. Add gin, fresh lemon juice, and ginger syrup to the shaker.
  3. 3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. 4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. 5. Top with soda water.
  6. 6. Garnish with a lemon slice.
