  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into rings
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over both sides of the pineapple rings.
  4. Place the pineapple rings on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the pineapple is caramelized.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve warm.
