Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpeas cooked
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes, cumin, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked chickpeas and coconut milk. Stir well.
  6. 6. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
