Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup raisins optional

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water.
  2. Add rice, almond milk, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon to the Instant Pot.
  3. Stir well and close the lid.
  4. Set the Instant Pot to 'Porridge' mode and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Once done, let the pressure release naturally.
  6. Open the lid, stir in raisins if using, and serve warm.
