  • 2 cups kale stems removed
  • 0.5 cup walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice of
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Blend kale, walnuts, garlic, and nutritional yeast in a food processor.
  2. Slowly add olive oil while blending until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend again.
