Instructions

Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
Add spinach, salt, and pepper; cook until spinach wilts.
Stuff mushrooms with the mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
