Lemon Asparagus Pasta

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta any kind
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add asparagus to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
4. Add cooked pasta, lemon zest, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast to the skillet. Toss to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
