Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any kind
  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add asparagus to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. Add cooked pasta, lemon zest, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
