Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta any type
  • 1 cup Cooked Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add cooked chickpeas to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast. Stir well.
  5. 5. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until well combined.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
