Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and pressed
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, sugar, and salt.
  3. 3. Add tofu to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated tofu.
  5. 5. Cook the tofu until golden brown on all sides, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
