Main Ingredients
- 2 Mangoes, diced
- 2 Avocados, diced
- 1 Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, avocados, red onion, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Gently toss to combine all ingredients.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
