  • 2 Mangoes, diced
  • 2 Avocados, diced
  • 1 Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, avocados, red onion, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
  2. 2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
