A refreshing vegan mango lassi made with coconut yogurt and milk.

Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- Ice cubes (optional)
Blend mangoes, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, maple syrup, and cardamom powder until smooth.
Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
Serve chilled.
