  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Blend mangoes, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, maple syrup, and cardamom powder until smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  3. Serve chilled.
