Main Ingredients
- 2 cups diced mango
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 whole jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. 
- Add lime juice and salt. Mix well. 
- Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
