- 2 cups diced mango
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 whole jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
Add lime juice and salt. Mix well.
Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
