Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango, diced
  • 1 cup Vegan shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber, julienned
  • 1 cup Carrot, julienned
  • 8 pieces Rice paper
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare all the ingredients by dicing the mango, chopping the vegan shrimp, and julienning the cucumber and carrot.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mango, vegan shrimp, cucumber, and carrot.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil to the mixture. Toss well to combine.
  4. 4. Soak rice paper in warm water until soft. Lay it flat on a clean surface.
  5. 5. Place a portion of the mixture onto the rice paper and roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining rice papers.
  6. 6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
