Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 1 cup Vegan shrimp
  • 8 pieces Taco shells
  • 1 cup Red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add vegan shrimp, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Warm taco shells in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble tacos with vegan shrimp, mango, red cabbage, and avocado slices.
