  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Warm the pita bread in a toaster or oven for a few minutes.
  2. 2. Spread a generous amount of hummus inside each pita.
  3. 3. Fill each pita with diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and parsley.
