Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw cashews soaked in water for 2 hours
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Tapioca starch
- 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
In a blender, combine cashews, water, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until it thickens and becomes stretchy, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using.
