Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green beans trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add green beans and mushrooms, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stir well to combine.
  5. Serve hot.
