Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Almond Milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the raisins.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
