Okra and Kohlrabi Vegan Breakfast Hash Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium kohlrabi peeled and diced
- 1 cup okra sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium bell pepper chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
- for garnish fresh parsley
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add kohlrabi and cook for 5 minutes.
Add okra, onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 more minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
