  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium kohlrabi peeled and diced
  • 1 cup okra sliced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium bell pepper chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add kohlrabi and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add okra, onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 more minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
