Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Lemon Butter Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side up. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. 6. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the salmon fillets and garnish with chopped parsley.
