  • 0.5 cup vegan parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the asparagus ends.
  3. In a bowl, mix vegan parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss asparagus in olive oil.
  5. Coat asparagus with the parmesan mixture.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
