  • ¼ cup Ice water add more if needed
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. Add cold vegan butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. 3. Gradually add ice water, mixing until the dough comes together.
  4. 4. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. 6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and shape as desired.
  7. 7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
