Instructions
1. Mash chickpeas in a mixing bowl.
2. Add breadcrumbs, red onion, vegan mayo, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Form mixture into patties.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
