Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Diced Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mash chickpeas in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add breadcrumbs, red onion, vegan mayo, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form mixture into patties.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
