Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu cubed
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add bell pepper and snap peas, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add mango, soy sauce, and sriracha. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
