Spicy Vegan Mango and Tofu Stir-Fry

Main Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu cubed
- 1 cup mango diced
- 1 cup bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon green onions chopped
1. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
4. Add bell pepper and snap peas, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
5. Add mango, soy sauce, and sriracha. Cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
