Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 100 g Spinach fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
  4. 4. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
